PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING HIGH VOLUME & HOLIDAY SEASONS, ALL PROJECT TURNAROUND TIMES MAY CHANGE.

Please keep in mind that turnaround does not begin until the following business day. For instance, if you order flyers on Tuesday morning, the turnaround time does not begin until Wednesday morning at 11 am.

Refunds: Since our services are custom, we are unable to offer any refunds once the order is placed. A refund cannot be granted under any circumstances, especially if work (including proofs) has been issued and/or labor has begun. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will be happy to accommodate any changes or services within reason. However, I will subtract a labor fee for the project already started. In the event that a project is canceled by “The Client”, for whatever reason, the payment will serve as a cancellation fee.

Disappearing Act: After 30 days without communication, a $50 restart fee is required. Upon reaching 45 days, your project is forfeited, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy: In light of the custom nature of our services, we are unable to cancel or refund orders once they have been placed.

Content Misspellings/Absent Information:
All communication with Nu Flame Media shall be done strictly via email. To avoid errors, written documented communication at all times is required to ensure both parties are still on the same page with updates.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for any spelling errors, typographical mistakes, spacing errors, or missing information. After the design is approved, Nu Flame Media will not make any changes to the information unless a revision fee is paid. Before approving your project, be sure to check spelling, typos, and spacing issues in the proofs.

If any project is declined for any reason, we have the right to do so without divulging the reason.

For graphics, the revision stage can take anywhere from one business day up to seven business days. As a result of our large scope of work, general revisions are initiated and completed in the order they are received.

You will receive a numerical limit of revisions in every package. Any additional revisions will be charged after all revisions have been exhausted.
